Timmermans describes Lambicus Kriek Black Pepper as an authentic but bold Belgian kriek made with traditional barrel aged lambic and natural cherries. A delicate addition of black pepper cuts through the fruit and complements the beer’s almond like dryness, producing a distinctive balance of sweet cherry, tart lambic and gentle spice. It is 4% and supplied in a 330ml bottle.
